Brothers Kitchen: A Southern Culinary Delight in Niceville

We visited mid-afternoon on a Friday. We were able to sit right away. Our food also arrived quickly. Our waitress was attentive, but not overly so. I had the Grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes and Gravy and skillet squash. The skillet squash flavor wasn't for me, but I really enjoyed the chicken and mashed potatoes. It was also served with cornbread which was delicious. My husband had one of the daily specials: Pulled Pork with Sausage. He had their potato salad, macaroni and cheese, as well as glazed carrots. He really enjoyed everything.

Great restaurant with friendly and prompt service! Try the Neds chicken sandwich. That was delicious.Not pictured here also were the fried pickles. Super good other than the bottom layer of chips were swimming in a pool of oil. This could have been a one off and not the norm. Would still highly recommend!

I came here with our ladies group. The service was fantastic and the food was very good. I really enjoyed the wings and a lot of ladies enjoyed the chicken and several other dishes. I forgot to take a picture of food so here's a picture of me drinking coffee LOL

I don't think there is an item on the menu that isn't great. Everything was so good! We ordered the red beans and rice with Sausage, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and the boss burger. Everything was hot and was a great portion size. We left full!

Brother's Kitchen needs to move to a cheaper location. I used to get the Catfish meal with 3 sides for $18.95. This meal is now $22 and some change if I remember correctly with 2 sides. The third side is $3.50. The sides are all delicious, but for the scoop of slaw, it is not the worth cost. The catfish was never a full filet, but I liked and dealt with it. The catfish is half of a filet you get for $22 with 2 sides. I can get 2 full catfish filets and two sides with a roll for $15 dollars in FWB. Subbing the cheese on a burger for the pimento cheese is $3 dollars. Waitress said slight up charge for the cheese, also slight upcharge for onion rings. Be sure to ask the specific charge.

First time here, and we will be back! Nadia was friendly and efficient even though she was really busy. The lunch $9.99 special was great; soup or salad and 1/2 sandwich that was large. Hubby had the house salad with half shrimp po boy. Would get again. We split a bowl of kickin' crab and corn chowder, It was yummy! Highly recommend. I had the fried catfish, with purple hull peas, fried cabbage, cornbread, and hush puppies. Large portions and very good. We were stuffed and took home nearly a full meal of leftovers.

We've been meaning to try Brother's for a while. We had the red beans and rice and the daily special of pulled pork with sausage and sides. Everything was delicious, prices were on point, and portions were very generous! Our server Val was awesome and attentive. Thanks for a great dinner!

First time we've tried pork ribeye. Wow! So tender. They had probably the best lima beans I've had in years. The loaded potato salad was really good! Our waitress was so friendly too. We will most definitely come back! Just had the country fried steak. Officially my favorite.
